What happens when I make a booking online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a confirmation.  The RCCGB will then process your booking and send you the Trip Badge(s) and itinerary after the booking deadline.

Do I need to print anything?

You do not have to print out the booking reference – However if you do not receive your Trip Badge(s) and itinerary after the deadline please e-mail RCCGB@RCCGB.CO.UK and quote your membership number and booking reference.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day?

No, all bookings must be made before the relevant Trip booking deadline.

Can I bring non-members to the event?

Yes, and there is no limit to the amount of non-member guests you may bring, but you or at least one RCCGB family member must be included in the booking.

Can I attend if I am under 18 years of age?

Yes, but you must attend events with a parent or guardian over the age of 18. The RCCGB cannot accept parental responsibility.

Can the itinerary change?

Yes, the RCCGB & Park retains the right to change/amend any part of the itinerary (this is usually for operational reasons and an alternative ride will be offered).  The RCCGB cannot accept responsibility for rides or attractions not operating for whatever reason.

What am I paying for?

Details of what your ticket includes can be found in the initial invite which you were sent.

Do you issue refunds?

No refunds can be made for non-attendance. If however an event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (E.g. Covid) then a full refund or credit note will be issued.
