When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between The Roller Coaster Club of Great Britain (RCCGB) and yourself.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and surcharges as shown.

Cancellations

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations or non-attendance.

Memberships, once purchased, cover one calendar year; they cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Privacy

None of the information you provide as part of the booking process will be used for any other purpose, nor will it be passed on to any third party not involved with this transaction.

RCCGB Event Terms and Conditions

• Attendance is at your own risk and the Club cannot be held responsible for any eventualities.
• The Park(s) may change/cancel any part of the Trip itinerary due to technical/operation or weather reasons.
• The RCCGB retains the right to change/cancel amend any part of the Trip itinerary.
• Although welcome at all events, the RCCGB cannot accept parental responsibility for members under 18 years of age.
• Hotels and Transport to/from the Event are not included or supplied by the RCCGB.
• Members and their guest are responsible for observing all Park rules and regulations.  Club membership does not entitle members to special treatment other that those organised for the event.
• Anyone riding dangerously or acting in a manner that would bring the RCCGB into disrepute will be asked to leave and may have their membership revoked.
